Randall’s Rant: Elgin Street Construction For a Year

Elgin Street is under construction for an entire year. Business owners to be clearly affected, some may not survive. Their customers have nowhere to park. How about the city offer free metered parking on neighbouring streets while the construction is going on. Anything! Thoughts?
