Randall’s Rant: Random Breathalyzer Tests From The Police

Cop pulls over a senior after senior returns his empties to The Beer Store. Cop assumes man has been drinking. He wasn't, told the cop so, but was still ordered to give a breath sample. Welcome to the new law that gives police the power to randomly pull you over and demand a breathalyzer. Thoughts? Does this law give the police too much power?
