Randall’s Rant: Taxi drivers class action lawsuit

Ottawa cabbies launch a 215 million dollar class action lawsuit against the city. Plate-holders allege discrimination , says the city didn't come to their defense in their fight against Uber partly because the vast majority of cabbies are members of a " linguistic minority group."
